The production line can produce the PVC wood-plastic door of the width between 600 and 1200 the device has SJZ92/188 conical twin screw extruder,calibration ,hall-off unit ,cutter such as stacker ,targeting the advanced equipment ,well-produced,the main electrical control devices are well known golbal brands ,extrusion system design imbibes the technical of for-eign  country in this line ,and it has a highly dependability and wearness .The other scheme have two types:it's supply for the custom to choose :YF1000 and YF1250.


The production line absorbs the latest international technology and many years of production experience, adopts high-efficiency conical twin-screw extrusion, equipped with forced cooling system for extrusion molding. The wood-plastic board produced is green and environmentally friendly, moistureproof, anti-corrosion and non-deformation, suitable for wood processing, and can be recycled.
