Jwell fully automatic WPC plastic extrusion line for PE&PPPE&PP Wood-Plastic Two Step Extrusion Line
Two-step way is that the wood-plastic composite materials complete in different equipment of mixing, from play, extruding products, mixing the raw material in a certain formula, forming wood-plastic particles in the middle, and then squeezing out products. And nowadays, the two-step way is used currently, application of a wider general use dual-cone-or two-extruder granulation, and then double-cone or single screw extruder extrusion products, mainly used in floor indoor or outdoor,parapets, tray, such as PE plastic extrusion products. Because of the advantages: simple operation, lower requests to the overall technological level and to the matching mold and extrusion equipment than the one-step, and also smaller investment on equipment relatively.

SJZ Series Counter Rotation Conical Twin-screw Pelletizing Extruder
This pelletizing machine is composed by a conical twin-screw extruder and the correspondingly pelletizing downstream equipment, it is suitable for the pelletizing of PVC, PE raw material with wood powder or other additives. The pellets produced by this machine is evenly, solid, elegance. The palletizing downstream equipment is the die face cutter, air transferring unit, vibration separating and cooling unit. This palletizing downstream equipment has the features of high automation and high production efficiency.
JWE Series Co-rotation Parallel Twin-screw Pelletizing Extruder

SJZ Series Coniacl Twin Screw Floor/ Panel/ Board Extrusion Line
It adopts special designed screw & barrel, mould and extruder for wood plastic productions. Jwell company products

and different kinds of WPC mould.
The WPC products can be produced by two step extrusion machine or pelletize first then through extrison machine. It will
save power and place and has some features of high output, stable extrusion pressure, high plasticity and good mixing.
Optimized screw design have small cutting strength, and it is not easy to cut wood fibre. The material will be uniformally in
the extruder.
This extrusion line can produce PE,PP or PVC WPC profile productions. Main is used in wood tray, indoors&outdoors floor,
outside decoration and etc.
Excellent character for WPC material
1. Excellent water resistance, the bending strength and stiffness will not change after immersing in water for 30days.
2. Excellent antisepsis; as non-absorbent, it will not rot and has a very good quality of corrosion resistance, neither does it has termites harmless.
3. Truly green & environment-friendly, no release of formaldehyde and can be recycled. It can save the nature wood resources which was also called revolutionary green environmental newly material.
4. Anti-crash. The fixing ability of wood screw is very strong, which is 4 times than wood-dust board, and 5 times than MDF(medium density fiberboard).
5. It can be used as an outdoor sheet for long time because of its well anti-ultraviolet function and good capability even in the temperature of minus 30 degree.
6. Although using thermoplastic composite material, it wouldn't be soften even in an temperature of 120degree.
For many natural plant fibers such as wood, bamboo, crop stalks, etc, which can be used to squeeze the raw materials quality, must be a process crushing, milling, screening, drying, with mixed, and other pre-treatment process to improve the defects and deficiencies of single material in the course of the extrusion. The fiber should be of appropriate particle size in the process, and then join them with coloring agent, lubricants, coupling agent or foam, and other additives of appropriate amount, put them in a high-speed mixed units that they can be fully mixed and then do further precipitation, to meet the requirements suitable for extrusion.

Ultraviolet accelerated aging test machine
Suitable for testing kinds of material and products. Under the climate changes of sunshine, temperature, humidity, condensation etc, In order to test related products and material aging degree. In a short time get discoloration, fading and so on.
