product introduction

YF series PS Foaming picture frame extrusion machine,consists of single screw extruder and the special co-extruder ,with cooling water tank,hot stamping machine,haul-off unit,and stacker.The whole production line is equipped with imported ABB AC frequency converter control, RKC temperature control instrument and other components, with good plasticization, high output and reliable use.
The thermal stamping  unit is designed according to the imported prototype. It mainly uses hot stamping to imprint the paint of the ribbon on the foamed PS profile. The machine has beautiful appearance, reliable performance, convenient use, accurate hot stamping and strong adsorption force. Different shapes of profiles can also be imprinted by adjusting the handwheel.
