PE insulation pipe extrusion line:
The PE insulation Pipe also called PE outer guard Pipe, jacket pipe or sleeve Pipe. The directly buried polyurethane insulation pipe is composed by high density polyethylene as outer protective layer, polyurethane rigid foam insulation material as the middle layer and steel pipe as the third layer.


Polyurethane directly buried insulation pipe has good mechanical and thermal insulation properties. Usually, it can withstand 120 degrees of heat. It can withstand high temperature to 180 degrees by modifying or combining with other insulation materials. It is suitable for all kinds of insulation projects for cold and hot water and high or low temperature pipes project.



Multiple extruders can be synchronized, and multiple meter weight control system can be selected. can be centralize controlled in a main PLC to achieve precise and quantitative extrusion of each extruder.

Combined with years of experience in PE extrusion, a mold with PE insulation pipe was designed, and the pressure inside the die was stable.
