Product Description
The principle of pelletizing: a peroxide radical initiator is added to PP to obtain ultra-high fluidity polypropylene by initiating a degradation reaction of controlled radical molecular chain breakage.The cost is low and the MFR is accurately adjustable.The product is suitable for the production process of melt-blown non-woven fabric. Now existing ultra-high fluidity PP production is more used in the granulation/ pelletizing process.
Operation process of the melt-blown PP pelletizing line:
1. Set the temperature of each zone according to the needs of the process.Start the water pump, manually adjust the pressure relief valve of the water system, and observe that the water pressure of the inlet pipe is about 0.2MPa. After the temperature in each zone reaches the set value, maintain a constant temperature for 30 minutes.
2. Start the oil pump and observe the pressure display on the oil system pressure gauge.
3. Open the inlet valves of all 2 sections of the water tank and adjust the opening of the inlet valves to ensure the balance of water volume.
4. Turn on downstream auxiliary machines such as blow dryer, pelletizer and conveying fan.
5. Host operation: Turn the coupling of the main motor by hand for at least three turns to confirm whether the direction of rotation of the screw is correct(correct direction: from the rear of the motor, it It rotates clockwise. From the direction of the nose, it should rotate counterclockwise).Set the main motor speed, start the main motor and idle increase the speed gradually in the state of, keep rotating at 20rpm for about 1 minute, and check whether the idle current of the host is stable.
6. Feeding operation:Set the flow ratio of each scale and liquid metering device according to the production formula.
7. Yield increase operation: After the strip enters the pelletizer and cuts normally, the strip is stable and continuous, and the output can be increased.
8. Temperature adjustment: As the output increases, the barrel temperature will change.
9. Turn on the vacuum system: Turn on the vacuum system after the extruder is stable.
Precautions of the melt-blown PP pelletizing line:
1. It must be ensured that the storage and operation of the entire set of extruders are technically ideal.
2. It must be ensured that the material fed into the extruder is not contaminated and free of foreign objects (screws, stones, etc.).
3. Must ensure regular inspection and maintenance of the extruder.
4. It must be ensured that every modification, maintenance and repair of the extruder is clearly recorded.
5. It must be ensured that after each inspection and maintenance, the functions of all protective devices and safety facilities are checked.
6. It must be ensured that the safety protection facilities are not removed during operation.
7. It must be ensured that the extruder is only used to process the specified materials, and the modification of the equipment must be approved by the company in writing.
8. It must be ensured that the operators have received special training and obtained corresponding qualifications.
9. The authority of the operator must be clearly fixed.
10. The operator must be informed of the danger.
11. It must be ensured that its operators follow the instructions.
12. It must be ensured that the operator must take safety protection measures at any time (even under normal operation, such as maintenance, installation, etc.).
