GPPS Diffusion Plate Extrusion Line
Diffusion plate is used for bottoming LED lighting tools,such as down lamp,grille lamp,high quality aluminium lamp.


Diffusioon palte is also used for side LED lighting tools,such as flat panel lamp,advertisement lamp,professional viewing lamp.Usually used together with conductive panel.


Light Guide Plate (LGP)
The LED panel mainly made of three parts:
1. Reflector
2. LGP plate
3. Diffuser plate
Reflector reflects the lights from LED lamps onto LGP plate. Besides, it can reflects the waste leaked lights back to LGP and save the energy.
LGP plate is an acrylic panel typically made of pure PMMA resin (sometimes using PC and GPPS). PMMA is extremely transparent with highly weather resistance, it lasts longer than 30 years on average. On the bottom of the panel there is a matrix of lines can be etched, called V-Cutting. Dots can be printed as well, or a combination of both, or particulates are added into the panel itself. The purpose of all methods is to direct LED light out the front to the diffuser plate.
