A qualified medical use melt blown fabric machine is composed of the following equipment:
1. Multiple material dosing unit, because when you producing the melt-blown fabric, not only use PP material, you need also add some other addictive such as electret master batch. All those material need to be put into the extruder in a certain amount. Not like the small machines, they just make a brief mixing and then put into the extruder...
2. A customized screw and barrel which is designed specially for melt-blown PP materials. Nowadays in China, almost 90% of the suppliers, whose screw and barrel cannot meet the requirement. Therefore, choosing a reliable supplier is really important.
3. Screen changer and melt pump.The small melt blown fabric machine doesn't have this device.
4. Electret equipment, which is very very important for filtration efficiency. The small melt blown fabric machine also doesn't have this device.
5. A qualified mold, such as the size of blown holes, and distance between each blown holes are specially designed. The small blown fabric machine can not be qualified.
