Jwell machinery was established in 1997. As the vice president unit of CPMIA, Jwell Machinery is one of the largest manufacturers of plastic extrusion machinery in China. The production bases of Jwell company are consisted with 5 parts, which are located in Chuzhou city of Anhui province, Jiading district of Shanghai , Zhoushan City of Zhejiang Province, Taicang City and Liyang City of Jiangsu Province and Dongguan City of Guangdong Province with total area nearly 1000mu(about 67 hectares). Company head office locates in Shanghai Jiading. Nowaday, we has about 3000 employees with about 480 technical and management staff. We supply more than 2000 set of advanced plastic extrusion line and hemical fiber spinning equipment every year.
Company has independent intellectual property rights system with nearly 400 authorized patents including 35 invention patents. NATIONAL HIGH AND NEW TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISE, SHANGHAI FAMOUS BRAND, NATIONAL KEY NEW PRODUCT and other honors have been continuously awarded to Jwell since 2010.
JWELL PE Wooden Plastic Decking/Floor Extrusion Line
Specially designed screw barrels, extruders and molds are used to produce wood-plastic products with processing techniques. The extruder can be directly extruded with two-stage mixing in a single machine, or can be extruded in two steps after granulation, which saves power and space. It has the characteristics of high output, stable extrusion pressure, and good plasticizing and mixing effects. The optimized screw design ensures stable plasticization, is not easy to damage wood fibers, and allows the material to stay evenly in the machine.
Our company keeps pace with the times and continuously develops and innovates PE/PP wood plastic production line equipment. From the traditional single-machine production line, to two-machine co-extrusion, to three-machine co-extrusion, to the latest five-machine co-extrusion. Flooring products have also developed from the first generation to the second generation and the third generation two-color PE wood plastic flooring.
