Process conditions and control
In the production process, because PVC is a heat-sensitive material, even adding heat stabilizer can only increase the decomposition temperature, prolong the stability time without decomposition, which requires that the molding processing temperature of PVC should be strictly controlled. Especially RPVC, because of its processing temperature and decomposition temperature are very close, often due to improper temperature control caused decomposition phenomenon. Therefore, the extrusion temperature should be determined according to the formulation, extruder characteristics, die structure, screw speed, temperature measuring point location, temperature measuring instrument error and temperature measuring point depth and other factors.
1.Temperature control
Temperature control is an important controlling factor in extrusion operation. The temperature of the control factors needed for extrusion is barrel temperature, machine diameter temperature and die temperature. Low temperature, poor plasticization, non-gloss pipe appearance, poor mechanical properties, product quality can not meet the requirements: high temperature, material will decompose, product discoloration and other phenomena.
2.Screw speed
With the increase of screw speed and extrusion amount, the output can be increased, but poor plasticization is easy to occur, resulting in rough inner wall of the pipe, strength decline, and the head pressure should be adjusted to optimize the output and quality. The temperature control of the screw affects the material transfer rate, the plasticization of the material, the melting quality and so on. Cooling water is needed for extrusion pipe. Reducing the screw temperature is beneficial to improve the plasticizing quality. The cooling water temperature of screw is about 50 ~ 70%.
3.Traction speed
It is very important to adjust the traction speed in the re-extrusion operation. After extrusion melting and plasticizing, the material is drawn from the head after continuous extrusion, and then enters the setting device, cooling device, traction device, etc. The traction speed should match the extrusion speed. In normal production, the traction speed should be about 1%~10% faster than that of the pipe.
4.Compressed air and pressure
Compressed air can inflate the tube and maintain a certain roundness. Pressure should be appropriately sized. If the pressure is too small, the pipe is not round, the pressure is too high, the core mold is cooled, the inner wall of the pipe cracks, not smooth, and the quality of the pipe material decreases. If the pressure is not stable, it is easy to produce slub.
5.Temperature of sizing device and cooling device
Different sizing and cooling methods are adopted for different plastic products. The cooling medium may be air, water or other liquid. The temperature should be controlled. The temperature is mainly related to production efficiency and internal stress.

Use two or more SJZ series conical twin screw extruder to implement co-extruded three-layer PVC pipe. The sandwich layer of the pipe is high-calcium PVC or PVC foam raw material.
1.The extruder uses super wear-resistant alloy screw barrel; the twin-screw feeds evenly and the powder doesn't bridge.
2.Optimized design of PVC three-layer mold, the internal flow channel is chrome-plated and highly polished, wear and corrosion resistant; with special sizing sleeve, the pipe product has high speed and good surface.
3.Cutting machine adopts rotating clamping device to adapt to different pipe diameters, eliminating the trouble of frequent replacement of fixtures.
4.Equipped with a new type of adjustable floating chamfering mechanism, the size of chamfer can be adjusted according to the pipe diameter and wall thickness, cutting and chamfering can be performed in one step. Closed suction device, better chip suction effect.
