production introduction
PE&PP wood-plastic floor refers to the process of mixing, debonding and extrusion of wood-plastic composites in different equipment, that is, when raw materials are mixed according to a certain formula, wood-plastic particles are formed in the middle, and then extruded into wood-plastic floor.
At present, the two-step method is widely used. Generally, it uses conical twin extruder or flat double extruder to granulate and then conical double or single screw extruder to extrude products. It mainly uses extrusion moulding of PE&PP wood-plastic products such as indoor and outdoor panels, guardrails, pallets and so on.
Main advantages: simple operation. Requirements for the overall technical aquatic products of the production staff are relatively low, and the requirements for matching dies and extrusion equipment are also relatively lower than one-step method.
