product introduction

The Lvt soft composite floor production line extrudes the floor base material, and then compounds the base material with the printing layer, the wear-resistant layer and the anti-skid layer simultaneously by a set of six-bar compound machine. Through precise control of the unwinding tension and the preheating of the wear-resistant layer, the effect of non-wrinkle, non-shrinkage and invariability can be achieved, and the production efficiency can be improved, while the product quality also can be stabilized.
