The TPO+PP foaming base material compound production line developed by Jinwei Machinery adopts TPO screw with special structure. It plasticizes evenly and combines with unique composite technology, so that the product has high bonding strength, no tensile deformation and no formaldehyde. It is another domestic leading composite production line launched by Jinwei Company in the field of automotive interior materials. This composite material has flexible operation, high composite efficiency and is good for TPO surface texture processed at one time, and can also be combined with the base material by one time hot pressing, which completely overthrows the previous composite mode. Products are widely used in high-end automotive interiors, roofs, pipes and so on.

Jwell machinery was established in 1997. As the vice president unit of CPMIA, Jwell Machinery is one of the largest manufacturers of plastic extrusion machinery in China. The production bases of Jwell company are consisted with 5 parts, which are located in Jiading district of Shanghai , Zhoushan City of Zhejiang Province, Taicang City and Liyang City of Jiangsu Province and Dongguan City of Guangdong Province with total area nearly 1000mu(about 67 hectares).
